  I was surprised to hear such a chirpy sounding customer service officer (Ann) because customer service officers usually sound deadpan... Anyway she was very polite and efficient, and the confirmation of the appointment came swiftly through email. The technician Jireh was also polite and helpful and managed to solve the issue with our washing machine with no fuss and gave us recommendations on how to maintain our washing machine. Service price is half of the brand’s in house repair. Recommended ??

  Technician Wong from Yeobuild came to my house for replacement of stove. He was helpful, friendly and professional. The inspection was detailed and meticulous as he ensured that everything was put in place. He even helped to clean the debris from surrounding. He was willing to share his knowledge and gave us advice on taking care of our new gas hob.   Technician Chong was very professional in explaining the problem with my oven and the options available. He fixed the problem within an hour once I decided on the option. He also explained the charges and scope of warranty support clearly. Very happy with the customer service and technical support.

  Avoid avoid avoid!! The technician came to our place to repair a block in our dishwasher - he quoted me close to $500 to take the dishwasher away and repair it. When I said it felt like too much he offered to dispose of the dishwasher for $90. I wasn't sure and so he quickly reduced the price to $50. I refused and called another technician, this time from the manufacturer - they came the next day and repaired the dishwasher on the spot for $130. These guys are crooks - would not trust them with any repairs!

But once I contacted them, either they turned down the job or didn't bother to reply at all after describing the problem to them. Maybe too the task too small for them.

  Website is easy to navigate and user-friendly. Professional and reliable service. Technician who was sent was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to share tips. Service report, which was given after the initial visit (checking the issue) and the actual visit (to rectify the problems), was simple to read and understand. It was also comprehensively filled up. The one year warranty is also a nice touch.
